1. Delivery Areas & UK Restrictions
- UK Mainland Only: We operate strictly as a domestic UK business. We only ship orders to valid addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland [legislation.gov.uk].
- No International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to the United States or any other countries outside the UK. Any orders placed with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. [1]

- Handmade & Artisan Items: Because our core artisan jewellery and local maker products are carefully handcrafted, please allow 2 to 4 working days for us to prepare and package your order.
- Gifts, Toys & Decorations: Standard stock items are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days.
- Order Processing Days: Orders are not packed or shipped on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. [1]

- Standard Tracked Delivery (Small Items): £4.99 (Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter).
- Standard Tracked Delivery (Medium-Sized Items): £6.99 (Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Parcel).
- Standard Tracked Delivery (Large-Sized Parcel): £8.99 (Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Parcel)
Please note: Shipping rates, carrier service fees, and packaging costs are subject to change without notice to align with commercial courier price adjustments. While we endeavour to keep all storefront marketing material updated immediately, checkout calculations always take priority and apply to all live transactions.
- Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

5. Damages & Missing Parcels
Madaura is fully responsible for ensuring your items arrive safely. If your package arrives damaged, or if an item has broken during transit, please get in touch with us immediately.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Email us at madaura.shop@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can file a claim via our shipping portal and issue your replacement or refund right away. [1]
